mostly bipolar...!!

Ive just finished a set of night duties, both weekdays and weekend, and i guarantee its been manic. well..atually it might just be because its me. u know....slow and everything. But its still been a bit hectic. I think i coped pretty well. had some close calls, but wriggled out of it.
Now today..today has been a shocker.absolute shocker. For once things have been q...Oh! sorry cant say the 'q' word...its been less noisy!! So, i have the time to write this bit in the department.
The nights were really hectic..manic to say the least. But its been a good eye opener. one learns a lot...not only about seeing patients but also about managing time, organising your thoughts and putting your point across...to the medics of course.

Today wasnt all that bad. managed time pretty well. saw a patient with Supraventricular tachycardia..( no sahil..dont even bother to try and understand!). Managed it pretty well. satisfying. we were able to get he rhome then and there. Its good when the company is good. really helps. makes a lot of difference which nurse team is on.

well, another day another dollar! Soon will be time to go home. home ..where my warm bed awaits me. dipididaididoodee..dipididay...oh my my what a wonderful day!!
